Location: The hotel is situated on the beach, in the north side of Mamaia resort.

Facilities: The hotel has 131 accommodation spaces disposed on 8 levels spread such: 16 apartments with living with sofa and kitchenette, bedroom with matrimonial bed, 17 double deluxe with matrimonial bed and sofa, 54 standard doubles with matrimonial bed and 44 standard doubles with 2 beds, bar with terace on the beach, playground for children, beauty salon, 3 conference rooms.
The price of accommodation includes entrance to the pool, pool bed with mattress and umbrella. Free parking for the available seats.

Room facilities: All accommodation spaces have sea view, wide and spacious balconies, high speed internet wireless free, installation of air conditioning, minibar, safe, bathroom with tub, hair dryer, outlet for shaved, 2 phones in room and bathroom.

Meals : Restaurant Emir specific Lebanese and Mediterranean, capacity 200 seats inside and 300 seats on the terrace. Breakfast buffet included in the rate accommodation, buffet breakfast, dinner fiche account a la carte.

Children policy: Children between 0-9,99 years receive free accommodation and breakfast if you do not require an extra bed;
- Children between 10-12,99 years who are in the same room with parents receive free accommodation if you don't require an extra bed, but pay 50% of the breakfast, extra bed rate is 50% of the value of a place of accommodation in double room, with breakfast included;
The maximum number of persons admited in DeLuxe Double rooms or in the appartments is: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The maximum number of persons admited in a double room is 2 adults and 1 child.
